To return your item, please contact our customer service team at returns@ipzzi.com within 14 days of receiving it. The item should be unused with all original tags attached for a full refund.
Once we’ve received and qualified your returned item according to the return policy, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your credit card company to process and post your refund.
